In preparation for this beautiful new bespoke Oak and Glass panel staircase - the entire living room, landing area and existing staircase had to be carefully removed to minimise the amount of debris and dust in the air.
To match the new staircase - A.D Wedgwood joiners created a bespoke media unit - designed
especially to match the wood, and conceal an internal soil pipe that couldn't be relocated.
We also installed a new under floor heating system specified to keep
the home nice and warm, without the need for additional radiators.
and set underneath new porcelain floor tiles laid throughout.
The original chimney was rebuilt to accommodate a beautiful Gazco insert gas fire,
adding to the feeling of warmth and cosiness, but with clean, modern lines.
