The ground floor of this property was completely gutted.

The ceilings - floor joists and some internal walls were remove and replaced with new to ensure we had a completely level and square structure to renovate.

All period details were maintained with the correct skirting boards / architraves including plaster ceiling roses and cornice.   We hand built the bespoke Wainscot panelling  in the hall, up the stairs and across the landing area.

 

The complete job was painted with Farrow & Ball paint.
