Based on our clients brief, we designed an open plan full rear extension to give them a multifunctional living space. The focus of the brief was to also incorporate the garden in this design.

The vaulted ceiling with electronic Velux windows and bifold doors gives this extension a bright look. This client opted for a Shaker style kitchen and quartz worktops which gives it a modern feel. Underfloor heating was fitted throughout the ground floor of the property along with porcelain tiles.

A NEF downdraft hob was installed to keep the open look. No overhead extraction is required with this specific model. Also a Kinetico Water softener and an instant boiling water tap were added in the kitchen, along fully  integrated appliances.
